Job Purpose:
The Video Analyst is responsible for providing video analysisat Tiger’s Club. This role involves capturing and analyzing match footage, producing video content for coaching purposes, and contributing to the development of players by offering insights based on video analysis. The Video Analyst works closely with the Analysis Manager and coaching staff to ensure that video analysis is integrated effectively into the team’s training and match preparations.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Video Analysis:

Capture and analyze match footage to provide detailed insights into player performance, team strategies, and opposition tactics.

Produce video content that highlights key moments, tactical patterns, and areas for improvement.
2. Match Preparation:

Collaborate with the coaching staff to prepare video analysis for upcoming matches, focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of opponents.

Provide video support during training sessions to reinforce tactical concepts and strategies.
3. Player Development:

Assist in the development of players by providing video-based feedback and visual aids to enhance their understanding of the game.

Monitor player progress through video analysis and report findings to the coaching staff.
4. Collaboration with Coaching Staff:

Work closely with the Analysis Manager and coaching staff to ensure that video analysis is used effectively to support team objectives.

Participate in coaching meetings to present video analysis findings and contribute to tactical discussions.
5. Content Creation:

Create and maintain a video library of matches, training sessions, and individual player performances.

Develop visual content that can be used for educational purposes, both for players and coaching staff
المهارات
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Video Production, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in video analysis or a similar role within sports.
- Proven ability to use video analysis software and tools effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with football teams.
- Certification in video analysis or sports analytics.
- Certification in Video Analysis or a related field.
