Job Purpose:

The Sponsorships Assistant Manager supports the Sponsorships Manager in executing the club’s sponsorship strategy to maximize revenue, enhance partnerships, and strengthen brand visibility. This role involves assisting with relationship management, sponsorship activations, and performance tracking while ensuring deliverables are met and aligned with the club’s objectives.

Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

Sponsorship Support and Development:

• Assist in executing sponsorship strategies to enhance brand partnerships.
• Ensure sponsorship activities align with the club’s brand and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsor activations within club campaigns and events.

Partner Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their contractual needs and expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates to sponsors on activation performance and engagement metrics.
• Support the development of activation plans tailored to sponsor objectives.

Sponsorship Activation and Integration:

• Coordinate the execution of sponsorship activations, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work with internal teams, including Event, Media, and Digital teams, to integrate sponsorships into club activities.
• Ensure all activations deliver maximum visibility and create engaging fan experiences.

Contract Management and Compliance:

• Support the Sponsorships Manager during contract execution and coordination with sponsors.
• Monitor compliance with sponsorship agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage sponsorship contractual obligations.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and analyze sponsorship activation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports for sponsors, showcasing activation success and engagement impact.
• Use data insights to refine sponsorship strategies and enhance sponsor satisfaction.

المهارات

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with sponsorship management tools and reporting techniques.
  • Certification in Sponsorship Management, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
