Job Purpose:
The Digital Platform Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the club’s digital platforms, including the website, mobile app, and emerging digital channels. This role ensures smooth platform functionality, enhances fan engagement, and supports the club’s digital strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
Platform Management and Optimization:
- Assist in managing the performance, usability, and content of digital platforms (website, mobile app, and others).
- Monitor platform functionality and coordinate with developers to address technical issues promptly.
- Conduct regular testing and performance analysis to identify and implement improvements.
Content Distribution and Coordination:
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to distribute campaigns, updates, and promotional materials across digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with the club’s branding, fan engagement goals, and overall digital strategy.
Project Support for Platform Enhancements:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital platform enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support platform integrations with CRM and other tools for a cohesive fan experience.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and vendors to implement new features and updates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor platform engagement metrics, user journeys, and technical performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Assist in preparing reports on digital conversions, user behavior, and ROI for campaigns and platforms.
- Use insights to recommend adjustments to improve fan experience and platform performance.
Fan Engagement and Personalization:
- Leverage data and CRM insights to support the delivery of personalized fan experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Implement strategies to increase fan engagement and satisfaction on digital platforms.
Compliance and Digital Best Practices:
- Ensure platform content and operations comply with data privacy regulations and digital best practices.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in digital platforms to recommend improvements.
المهارات
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing digital platforms, web content, or app coordination.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or customer-centric digital environments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Certification in Digital Platforms, Google Analytics, or relevant tools is advantageous.
