Job Purpose:
The CRM Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of the club’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, with a focus on fan engagement, retention, and commercial growth. The role involves managing CRM tools, executing data-driven campaigns, and ensuring personalized communication to enhance fan loyalty and maximize revenue streams.
CRM Campaign Execution:
- Assist in implementing CRM strategies to engage fans across key platforms (email, SMS, web, mobile notifications).
- Execute personalized and automated marketing campaigns to target fan segments and optimize engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with club initiatives, promotions, and events.
Fan Segmentation and Data Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to segment fan data based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
- Maintain clean and accurate data within the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Regularly update and analyze fan insights to deliver targeted and relevant campaigns.
Commercial Revenue Growth:
- Support CRM initiatives to increase ticketing sales, memberships, retail purchases, and other revenue streams.
- Deliver targeted campaigns to drive fan acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
CRM System Management:
- Assist in the daily management and optimization of the CRM platform to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and integrate new features.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Track CRM performance metrics, including open rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights to enhance campaign strategies.
- Support senior management with data-driven recommendations to improve CRM effectiveness.
Fan Engagement Initiatives:
- Coordinate personalized fan engagement campaigns to deliver relevant content, offers, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive fan experience across all platforms.
المهارات
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or data analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry. (Preferred )
- Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze).
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in CRM Management or Digital Marketing is a plus.
