Develop Conditioning Programs:
• Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs tailored to the specific needs of each athlete.
• Focus on improving strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.
Injury Prevention:
• Implement injury prevention protocols, including proper warm-up and cool-down exercises.
• Collaborate with the medical team to monitor player health and recovery.
Developing Methodology:
•Possess advanced knowledge of the training methodologies currently implemented in team sports.
• Apply advanced knowledge about appropriate criteria for creating training tasks in team sports.
Strength Training Methodology:
• Utilize advanced knowledge of the training methodologies currently implemented in team sports.
• Apply advanced knowledge of the most widely used measurement systems within a force work scheme.
Monitor and Assess Performance:
• Track and assess the progress of athletes, making necessary adjustments to training programs.
• Use performance data to refine conditioning strategies.
• Possess advanced knowledge of GPS systems and their implementation within training methodologies. Performance Sr. Manager
